Job Overview
Culver Franchising System, LLC is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant to support new and existing franchisees in the North Carolina market.
Essential Functions
- Serve as liaison among the Culver support team, suppliers, and franchisees.
- Provide leadership and advice on restaurant operations including cost control, training, and guest relations.
- Ensure operations reflect the brand and comply with Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) standards.
- Manage new restaurant openings with appropriate support teams and budgets.
- Support franchisee expansion with operations and HR preparations.
- Represent company operations on various functional committees.
- Plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
- Influence others by building respectful, trust-based relationships.
- Adapt to different situations while maintaining integrity.
Requirements
A minimum two-year College or University degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination) as a General Manager/District Manager in a multi-unit restaurant. Must be able to travel up to 80% including nights and weekends, hold a valid Driver’s License, and have a Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate.
Compensation & Classification
Starting pay range is $90,000-$110,000 based on experience. This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position.
