Overview Of The Role
Greenstone is seeking a passionate and driven Digital & Creative Marketing Specialist who is a self-starter, adaptable, and analytically minded, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a cohesive digital and creative marketing strategy, owning the brand identity and visual direction across all channels. You will conceptualize, design, and deploy visually compelling, on-brand campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive net new prospect growth across email, social, display, and other digital platforms. This position also plays a key role in designing high-impact marketing assets and supporting event initiatives, including tradeshow execution, branded materials, and promotional campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across both digital and in-person experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute a cohesive digital and creative marketing strategy, developing and deploying campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive net new prospect growth across email, social, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), display, and other digital channels.
- Partner closely with sales to understand pipeline needs and align digital efforts to increase lead generation and conversion into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and refine target audiences, marketing profiles, and customer personas to support personalized campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Influence and contribute to overall marketing strategy by identifying and testing new channels and opportunities for growth (e.g., webinars, podcasts, emerging platforms).
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including sales collateral, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, advertisements, and other branded materials.
- Develop engaging, on-brand social media graphics and visual content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create visually compelling presentations for sales, leadership, and external audiences.
- Produce light motion graphics and animations (e.g., GIFs, short videos, social animations, explainer visuals) to enhance digital engagement.
- Support website design and development efforts to improve user experience, performance metrics, and overall engagement.
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes to inform optimization, marketing investment decisions, and ROI attribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop digital content, including writing and editing email and social media copy for campaigns.
- Support event marketing initiatives, including booth design, signage, promotional materials, and pre- and post-event campaigns.
- Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, including vendor management, shipping, setup, and on-site support as needed.
- Manage inventory and production of branded merchandise and event materials.
- Partner with external vendors (e.g., printers, event organizers, freelancers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development by staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices through research, training, and networking.
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all assets and channels.
- Working knowledge of motion design or animation (e.g., Canva, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools).
- Experience planning and coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or corporate events, including managing logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze event and campaign performance, contributing to post-event reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure, interpret, and report on campaign performance, enabling data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience within the agri-food sector (e.g., agribusiness, AgTech, or CPG) is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and campaign execution capabilities.
- Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically, with a willingness to test, learn, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Working knowledge of web design and development, with the ability to update and optimize website content and user experience.
- Experience using marketing technology (MarTech) platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools) to execute and measure campaigns.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of curiosity and a drive to continuously improve and deliver results.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, business, communication, website/graphic design, or equivalent experience.
