About the Human Resources Manager Role

This Human Resources Manager is a leader within the NA Dealer Channel Human Resources team at Culligan International. The role oversees recruiting, training, onboarding, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development, and overall compensation and benefits support for the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to coach on talent management and employee relations.
  • Facilitate the Talent Review Process and drive action plans.
  • Develop effective succession strategies and individual development plans.
  • Analyze turnover drivers and implement retention strategies.
  • Drive HR initiatives including performance appraisals, employee resource groups, and engagement surveys.
  • Support full cycle recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with the EDG Recruiting Manager.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking and ensure policy compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead culture and talent due diligence during M&A and integration activities.
  • Support the rollout of Culligan University training pillars and compliance trainings.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 5-8 years of progressive HR experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience supporting a multi-location employee base is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS, ATS, HRIS (preferably UltiPro), strong analytical skills, knowledge of state and federal labor laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with an expected travel requirement of 25%. Compensation is competitive, ranging between $110,000 and $140,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
