Job Overview

The Architecture Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, managing, and executing architectural projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Project Executive, this role is the main point of contact for projects, overseeing design development, working drawings production, construction administration, and quality assurance reviews.

Key responsibilities include managing project teams, establishing client relationships, mentoring junior colleagues, and coordinating internal processes such as QAQC reviews, design reviews, and Revit management.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural projects
  • Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
  • Proactive management of construction administration activities
  • Business development and marketing assistance capabilities
