This Float Pharmacist role is vital in ensuring consistent, high-quality pharmacy services across various Cub locations.

Role Overview: Float Pharmacist

The Float Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care services, ensuring efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, patient counseling, and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple Cub pharmacy locations, filling in as needed to maintain seamless operations and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, reviewing patient profiles for drug interactions, contraindications, and appropriate dosages.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence, promoting optimal health outcomes.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with professional standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and manage pharmacy operations in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy and resolve medication-related issues.
• Participate in health and wellness programs, including immunizations and health screenings, as appropriate.
• Ensure a high level of customer service, resolving patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits
