What You Can Expect

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who brings our brand to life through precise, consistent, and well-executed design. You have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working on many kinds of projects, and love turning clear briefs into polished assets? Then you might be a great fit for our creative team at Kess Berlin.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day execution of mainly digital marketing assets across all channels. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll help translate our brand guidelines into high-quality assets.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Day-to-day execution of designing digital marketing assets across various channels: CRM, paid ads, social media, website, etc.
  • Providing support with video editing for marketing channels, with filming skills considered a plus.
  • Ensuring all designs align with Kess’ visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of creative assets.
  • Helping optimize workflows and processes for better efficiency and support the team with reliable, on-time delivery.
  • Occasional support for offline print assets.

What We Expect From You

  • 1-3 years of relevant graphic design experience, ideally in an e-commerce business.
  • Ability to handle high-volume execution while consistently applying brand guidelines with precision.
  • Confident use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar.
  • Sense of aesthetics with an understanding of minimal, clean brand design.
  • Working in a well-organized, deadline-driven way and taking ownership of your own tasks.
  • Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus.
