Job Description
CSI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Events Coordinator to support the execution of regional and national trade shows, conferences, and internal events. In this role, you will help elevate CSI’s brand presence, deepen customer and prospect engagement, and contribute directly to high-impact experiences that drive business results.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in ensuring seamless event operations—from pre-event planning through onsite delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute regional trade shows, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand representation (typically planning-focused, minimal onsite travel).
- Support national conferences and flagship events, including onsite assistance as needed.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to align messaging, materials, and event requirements.
- Manage logistics and vendors, including shipping, booth materials, inventory, and event deliverables.
- Maintain event timelines and documentation, supporting multiple events simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with budget and expense tracking, including invoices and cost reporting.
- Provide onsite event support for large-scale events and select customer or internal meetings (approx. 20–30% travel).
Who You’ll Work With
You will join CSI’s Events Team—a collaborative, fast-paced group that partners closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values initiative, ownership, and continuous growth.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting or coordinating corporate events, trade shows, or conferences.
- Strong logistics and vendor-coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational ability with experience managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CVENT, Airtable, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel 20–30% for national events.
What We Offer
This role provides hands-on experience with high-visibility events and strong exposure to marketing, sales, and organizational leadership. You'll gain opportunities for growth in event strategy, project ownership, and long-term career development within CSI.
