Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support to customers in a live production environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely feedback.
- Handle end-to-end billing, rating, and provisioning processes.
- Utilize provisioning and order management systems for activations.
- Support incident management and collaborate with Level 4 R&D team.
- Perform application health checks and debug CSG product applications.
- Work varied shifts including on-call, weeknights/weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of software industry and application support experience.
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Good knowledge of billing, rating, and telecommunications.
- Experience with CSG products, Oracle databases, and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Shell, Perl, Python, SOAP, REST, and XML.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automation frameworks.
- Customer-facing skills and strong communication abilities.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in Bangalore and offered as remote work.
