Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support to customers in a live production environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely feedback.
  • Handle end-to-end billing, rating, and provisioning processes.
  • Utilize provisioning and order management systems for activations.
  • Support incident management and collaborate with Level 4 R&D team.
  • Perform application health checks and debug CSG product applications.
  • Work varied shifts including on-call, weeknights/weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of software industry and application support experience.
  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of billing, rating, and telecommunications.
  • Experience with CSG products, Oracle databases, and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with Shell, Perl, Python, SOAP, REST, and XML.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automation frameworks.
  • Customer-facing skills and strong communication abilities.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Bangalore and offered as remote work.
