We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the critical function of test network management and operations for our CSG Assure team. This leadership role ensures operational excellence in maintaining a high-quality test environment for our mobile operator customers. You will be leading a team of test network support analysts who monitor and manage the network of test probes.

Job Summary

The CSG Assure team develops advanced telecom testing software solutions used by mobile operators across the globe, including leading operators like AT&T, Tata, Orange. CSG Assure is an artificial test traffic generation platform consisting of a central cloud-based application and a test network of over 1,000 test probes in 200 countries simulating mobile users globally.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Network engineer working on LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD-WAN technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent education/experience.
• In depth understanding of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSEC, HSRP, VDC, 802.11, 802.1x, SNMP.
• Configuration of Enterprise level tools such as Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting (Solarwinds, Netflow, IP Management InfoBlox, Packet Captures using Live Action, ISE).
• Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of Datacentre and Corporate connectivity for Enterprise and customer use.
• Hands on experience using network simulation, automation, and scripting tools.
• Hands on experience on Cisco ACI Spine/Leaf architecture.
• Knowledge and use of network monitoring tools such as Live Action, SolarWinds Orion, Panorama, Cisco Prime, Wireshark (or similar network packet capture tools).
• Good understanding and work experience on Private and Public Cloud.
• Network Auditing for compliance such as PCI, HIPPA and ISO.
• Enhanced Operational support for other team members as well as initial installs, builds and troubleshooting.
• Implementation of network standards and policies.
• Ability to analyse and solve issues.
• Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications and other business-related desktop applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with team members across multiple time zones.
• Ability to represent and follow CSG’s change control process and policies.
• Enterprise class network documentation and presentation of Engineering solutions.
• Ability to work independently without a lot of direction.
• Ability to provide training on an as needed basis.

Good to have

• Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) in Routing and Switching, Data Center, Security or Certificates on Palo Alto products or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrable experience in designing, deploying, maintaining cloud deployments, AWS, Azure, GCP. Cloud certifications preferred.
