Role Overview

The Consultant II position at CSG is focused on assisting clients with understanding and optimizing CSG’s product and solution functionality. You will provide consulting services to address strategic business issues through enhancing product functionality, systems, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fee-based consulting to clients for strategic issues.
  • Identify issues and assist in proposing viable solutions.
  • Manage project scope, resources, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, system review, and data analysis.
  • Provide billing details for timely project invoicing.
  • Assist on large-scale, long-term projects and coordinate internal resources.
  • Manage indirect reports externally and internally, and track implementation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to generate sales leads.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years consulting experience in B2B software technology or high-tech industry.
  • Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management projects is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong written, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
