About the Role

As a Manhattan Active TMS Configuration Lead at CSCS - Cloud Supply Chain Solutions, you will lead the configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active Transportation Management (MATM) solutions. Your role involves deep expertise in transportation planning, execution, and optimization processes while ensuring the MATM system is configured to meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration of MATM modules including carrier management, load planning, routing, tendering, and freight settlement.
  • Translate transportation requirements into precise MATM system configurations.
  • Prepare detailed configuration documentation, workbooks, and solution designs.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and advise on transportation process best practices.
  • Manage a team of configuration specialists and collaborate with WMS, ERP, and integration teams.
  • Facilitate client workshops and provide training along with end-user documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in supply chain/transportation systems with at least 3+ years in Manhattan Active TM. Expertise in MATM configuration such as routing, load planning, carrier setups, and freight audit, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Manhattan Active TM Product Certification, consulting background with multi-industry exposure, and Agile/Scrum project experience.
