Role Overview - Data Lead

This role bridges business teams, analytics, and engineering. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with data engineers and external partners, and enhance our BI environment while supporting changes to our data warehouse and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape data collection, storage, and governance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers for project execution and quality control.
  • Build and maintain Looker dashboards and BI reports.
  • Optimize workflows, automate reporting processes, and ensure best practices.
  • Provide ad-hoc data support and make lightweight adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

Required skills include strong SQL and Python, hands-on experience with Looker & LookML, familiarity with GA4, and experience with modern cloud data warehouses like BigQuery. Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteQL, and data orchestration tools such as Airflow is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are necessary to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
