About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative, Sales and Admin with a strong background in sales support and administrative work. This role involves communicating with clients, handling inbound and outbound interactions, supporting sales activities, and managing daily admin tasks. This position is ideal for professionals who are comfortable speaking with North American or UK-based clients and can communicate clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally
  • Support sales efforts by following up with leads and assisting with conversions
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and CRM updates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative, Sales Support, or Virtual Assistant
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Clear, neutral, or internationally understandable speaking style suitable for US/UK clients
  • Experience handling sales conversations, follow-ups, and objections
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with North American or UK customers
  • Background in sales, call handling, or client-facing roles
  • Remote work experience
  • Familiarity with real estate or service-based businesses (a plus, not required)
