Overview

The Customer Service Representative – Property Management & Vacation Rentals role at CS Outsource is key in being the primary point of contact for guests and property owners. You will resolve issues promptly, professionally, and empathetically, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest and owner inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Manage incoming calls using RingCentral with prompt professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate when needed.
  • Communicate with property owners regarding updates and service needs.
  • Support administrative projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth experiences.
  • Learn and use our Streamline PMS and Owner Acquisition CRM (training provided).

Requirements

Applicants should have proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or property management. The role requires handling high call volumes, using RingCentral or similar VoIP systems, and strong verbal/written communication skills. Candidates must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in short-term or vacation rental management, familiarity with property management software (especially Streamline), and bilingual abilities are a plus.
