What You'll Do as an AI Automation Specialist

Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using tools like N8N, Make, Zapier, and more. Experiment with emerging AI platforms such as Claude, GPT, Perplexity, and AgentOps. Build scalable internal tools and automation systems that have a direct impact on growth and operations.

  • Collaborate with product and client teams to solve business challenges.
  • Continuously optimize automation infrastructure.
  • Contribute in strategic discussions and product decisions.
  • Mentor teammates while learning from diverse skills.
  • Push boundaries with no-code, AI, and API integrations.

Required Skills

  • Passion for AI, automation, and real-world problem solving.
  • Strong experience with N8N or similar tools (Zapier, Make, Pipedream, etc.).
  • Curiosity and self-drive in exploring new tools and technologies.
  • Capability to break down problems and test solutions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable in a startup environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
  • Background in Python, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, or other LLM frameworks.
  • Prior experience in startup or growth-stage companies.
  • Interest in business systems, productivity tools, or operations strategy.
