Overview

CryptoCurrency ICO/Airdrop is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. The role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct detailed industry and competitive research to influence product direction and market strategies.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and metric monitoring systems.
• Execute deep-dive analysis projects including forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and drive effective execution.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or market research.
• Proficient in SQL and an analytical tool such as Python, R, or advanced Excel.
• Experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to derive value from data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company.
• Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.
• Understanding of web or mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
