Overview
CryptoCurrency ICO/Airdrop is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. This role requires a solid background in data analytics and market research, translating complex data into actionable insights for business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven success.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Intelligence Analyst
- Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support strategic planning and business decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems for objective visualization and tracking.
- Execute deep-dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
- Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and promote effective data application.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution through effective communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research. Excellent logical thinking and business interpretation skills are essential, as is proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical tool (Python, R, or advanced Excel). Hands-on experience with a BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required. A solid business acumen, outcome-oriented mindset, and strong communication and collaboration skills are also crucial.

- Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company.
- Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.
