The Role of an AI Solutions Lead
We are seeking an AI Solutions Lead to build and scale technical infrastructure across internal operations. This hands-on, technical role, embedded within our Operations team, is ideal for a technical operator passionate about the intersection of engineering and business scaling. You will architect data infrastructure for customer acquisition, build automations for commercial teams, and integrate AI into scalable business solutions.
You will own the technical implementation of our internal tech stack, create custom integrations and automation workflows, and leverage AI/ML to optimize business processes. Collaborating closely with our Engineering team, you'll serve as the technical backbone for MarOps, BizOps, RevOps, and Sales Ops. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills (APIs, data pipelines, automation platforms) with a keen business understanding, focusing on conversion rates, attribution models, and revenue impact. You'll proactively identify manual processes and engineer automated solutions to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Build automation infrastructure: Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, and custom API integrations to eliminate manual processes.
- Implement AI-powered tools: Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for cross-functional business needs.
- Design custom integrations: Create APIs, webhooks, and data connectors between platforms (HubSpot, Omni, InCycle, Clay) and internal systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with technical and business teams to align infrastructure with product development and growth strategies.

- Full-Stack Growth Technologist: Proficient across the entire marketing tech stack, from front-end analytics to back-end data processing and automation.
- API & Integration Expert: Extensive hands-on experience building integrations between various tools and internal systems, comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
- AI/Automation Enthusiast: Excited about leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize processes, with a track record of implementing AI-powered solutions for lead scoring, content, or automation.
- Business-Minded Builder: Possesses a strong focus on business outcomes, understanding conversion funnels, attribution models, and the revenue impact of technical infrastructure.

Compensation
- Base salary and bonus ranging from $135,000 - $195,000, dependent on leveling.
