About the Role
As an Analyst, Capital Markets and Formation at Crusoe, you will manage the company’s financial structure by identifying sources of capital and deploying it strategically. You will blend financial structuring expertise with capital allocation discipline and relationship management to execute complex financing transactions.
What You'll Be Working On
- Capital Formation & Transaction Execution: Supporting financing strategy, due diligence, legal documentation, and closing process.
- Financial Modeling: Building, maintaining, and stress-testing financial models.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring global debt & equity markets and peer activities.
- Investor Relations: Crafting marketing materials and supporting term sheet negotiations.
- Internal Capital Allocation & Treasury: Collaborating with treasury and finance teams for capital flow management.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 1-3+ years professional experience in banking or corporate treasury.
- Expertise in Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, or Structured Finance.
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field (CFA is a plus).

Compensation
Compensation up to $110,000 - $170,000 + Bonus with RSUs; determined by experience and market data.
