About the Role

Join Crumbs as a Sales Specialist - Osijek Area. Crumbs is an innovative application that helps restaurants, bakeries, and stores quickly sell surplus food at discounted prices. The mission is a triple win: partners reduce losses and earn extra income, customers enjoy excellent food at 40-70% discounts, and together, we contribute to a better environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new partners such as restaurants, bakeries, and stores.
  • Research and understand partner needs and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct on-field visits, direct sales, and presentations of Crumbs.
  • Clearly present the mission and business model.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian and at least B2 level English.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capability.
  • Passion for social and environmental impact, especially food waste reduction.
  • Proactive, independent, and full of initiative and ideas.

Desirable Advantages

  • Experience with the local hospitality, bakery, or retail scene in Split.
  • Background in sales, key account management, or partner success.
  • Experience using CRM systems and working in startups.
  • Experience with the Crumbs application and a valid driving license.
