As a Crumbl Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day will include greeting customers with a friendly "Welcome to Crumbl," explaining the current cookie menu, taking orders, and processing payments. You'll also answer phones, assist with product questions, and help keep the store running smoothly. Behind the scenes, you'll mix dough, bake cookies, and work alongside your teammates to prepare and present our signature products.What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and excited to work in a fast-paced setting. You should have strong communication skills, be comfortable using basic math and technology, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction are key.Requirements
To qualify, you must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work. This is a physically active job and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Friday and Saturday availability is required, though we're happy to work around your school or sports schedule if you're a student.Pay and Schedule
Join our fast-growing team at Crumbl Cookies and earn between $20 and $22 per hour, including tips, with an overall average of $20 per hour. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Year-round availability is required to be considered.Benefits For Full-Time Team Members
