About The Role

CrucialLogics is seeking a French/English Bilingual HyperCare Consultant for our remote team based in India. This role involves expanding our managed services offerings in a mixed environment of Windows and Mac. Employees are encouraged to pursue industry certifications while working with experienced IT professionals on deployment and migration projects related to the Microsoft stack.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for a diverse user base.
  • Support mixed Windows and MacOS environments and peripherals.
  • Administer and maintain a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Provide end-to-end support for Office 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Troubleshoot complex Office 365 issues and collaborate with IT teams for timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with Office 365 migrations, integrations and customizations.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of client environments.
  • Deliver training and workshops to enhance staff proficiency.
  • Stay updated on Office 365 updates, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

Language: Full fluency in French and English.

Education: Information Technology / Computer Systems College Diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2-3 years in a Support Analyst or End User Support role.

Technologies: Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, iOS, Microsoft 365, Office 365 suite, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, Fortigate, and various peripherals.

Skills: Effective bilingual communication, problem documentation, technical research, user training, hardware/software installation, and account administration.
