Overview

The Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South Hills, the only full-service hotel in the Pittsburgh South Hills, is seeking a Night Audit Manager who can provide exceptional service on the overnight shift. This position is ideal for someone who excels in independent work and remains productive during slower periods.

What you'll do

Guest Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes using courteous greetings and appropriate phrases. Provide information on hotel services, points of interest, and attractions, and manage reservations as needed.

Night Audit Duties: Serve as the point of contact for issues and emergencies. Complete end-of-day duties for accounting and reservations, acting as Manager on Duty during the overnight hours.

Guest Services: Respond to individual guest needs promptly, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a friendly and attentive service at all times.

Front Office Functions: Manage cash drawers, operate credit card systems and phone systems, and communicate shift details to the next shift and supervisors while upholding safety practices.

What you'll receive

This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour. Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision coverage, life insurance, time off programs, and IHG travel perks.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with computer systems is an advantage.
