Digital Learning Solutions Project Lead

Overview

The Digital Learning Solutions Project Lead at Crowe manages the implementation of the firm’s WalkMe solutions along with future digital adoption platforms. This role combines strong systems implementation experience with excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of WalkMe and similar digital adoption solutions.
• Coordinate projects from planning to execution and delivery.
• Establish and track baseline platform metrics and analytics.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Project Management and Communications

Manage project plans, adjust timelines, assign tasks, and keep leadership informed with clear updates. Collaborate with product owners and external vendors to ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations.

Metrics Development and Reporting

Establish key metrics, deliver ongoing performance reports, and present ROI insights to executive leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

• Research and advise on emerging digital learning trends.
• Ensure the alignment of digital solutions with business needs.
• Maintain quality through rigorous QA processes.

Qualifications

• Proven systems implementation and project management experience.
• User Experience (UX) and digital adoption expertise.
• Basic HTML skills and the ability to translate technical details into business benefits.
• Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms is preferred.
