Overview
CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a talented Visual Designer. As part of the design team, you will create compelling UI and drive the evolution of our design system, influencing the visual language across our products.
About the Role
You will work as a product designer with a strong focus on visual storytelling, design system scalability and hands-on creative leadership. Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, and engineers to produce innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly scope projects and balance short and long-term goals.
- Drive discovery and requirements gathering using a systems thinking approach.
- Champion the design system and drive team collaboration.
- Communicate design rationale and build cross-team consensus.
- Partner with front end engineers to ensure adherence to coding and accessibility standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of CrowdStrike features to ensure cohesive solutions.
About CrowdStrike Design
At CrowdStrike, designers are equal partners in product development. This role requires full-stack design skills from concept to rollout, including the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.
What You'll Need
- A strong illustration portfolio with varied styles.
- Expertise with tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with enterprise-level design systems, accessibility, and supporting high-volume data industries.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in-office at Arlington, VA, Austin, TX, or New York sites on a hybrid schedule.
