About the Role

The Technology Resilience Principal leads CrowdStrike's Technology Resilience function within the Resilience Organization. This role drives strategy and execution of resilience practices across the technology stack, including infrastructure, applications, and products. Working along with the Business Resilience team, you will establish and maintain comprehensive technical resilience standards ensuring service reliability, system redundancy, and rapid recovery.

What You'll Do

  • Cross-Organizational Coordination: Coordinate between IT, Product, Engineering, and business units.
  • Enterprise Standards & Governance: Maintain technology resilience standards across all domains.
  • Technology Resilience Strategy: Develop resilience architecture focusing on redundancy and fault tolerance.
  • Disaster Recovery Leadership: Lead technical recovery strategies with defined RTO/RPO objectives.
  • Product Performance & Scalability: Implement resilience standards including feature flagging and scalability frameworks.
  • Risk Oversight & Metrics: Monitor and aggregate technology resilience risks with KPIs.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Drive chaos engineering and resilience testing programs.
  • Own shared resilience tooling strategy and its implementation.
  • Engage stakeholders across business units and engineering teams.
  • Provide crisis leadership during major incident responses.
  • Mentor junior team members on resilience best practices.

What You'll Need

10+ years of experience in technology resilience, disaster recovery, or site reliability engineering in enterprise-scale cloud-native environments. Deep technical expertise in infrastructure redundancy, application resilience design, chaos engineering, and enterprise disaster recovery is essential. Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, establish resilience KPIs, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Certifications and strong problem-solving capabilities are required.
