About the Role
This Technical Operations Engineer III - Agentic AI role is part of the Professional Services team. The focus is on building experiences to support consulting and internal operations teams by harnessing the full potential of AI to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agentic AI solutions and drive design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI applications using LLMs and Agentic frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate secure and scalable LLM models.
- Define performance benchmarks and continuously update knowledge on AI, LLM, and Agentic frameworks.
- Mentor team members and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments.
- Advise leadership on AI development strategies and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
What You'll Need
- Experience integrating LLM-based solutions into production applications.
- Understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and NLP.
- Skilled in Python, Go, or other multi-platform languages.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, automation frameworks, CI/CD, and testing processes.
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions with a full-stack mindset.
- Bonus: Front-end development skills using modern technologies like React.
