About The Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a trusted advisor and technical partner to our most strategic customers. You will work closely with security, product, and IT teams to proactively resolve complex technical challenges and maximize the value of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and onboard new Elite tech touch clients.
  • Conduct periodic health checks, product trainings, and share best practices with executive teams.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts; research technical issues and drive escalations if needed.
  • Create knowledge content and lead internal technical communications.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewal risks and drive upsell opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-recognized security certification and experience with multiple operating systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, network infrastructure and SOC operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as German, Hebrew, Spanish, or Italian.
