About The Role

As a Technical Account Manager Italian-speaking, you will provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers, primarily in the EMEA region. This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers in EMEA.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct proactive health checks, product training and share best practices.
  • Act as customer advocate and escalate issues when needed.
  • Create knowledge base content to capture new insights.
  • Support sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive resolution of support cases efficiently.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems and enterprise web technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • CISSP or ITIL Certification.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support in a SaaS organization.
  • Expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
