About the Role
The Technical Account Manager role at CrowdStrike is your opportunity to be a trusted advisor and technical partner for our most strategic customers. You will build strong relationships, deliver expert guidance, and ensure long-term customer success and security.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for elite customers.
- Partner with security, product, and IT teams to resolve challenges.
- Conduct proactive health checks, product training, and best practices sharing.
- Manage escalations and drive cross-functional problem resolution.
- Create technical communications and knowledge content.
What You'll Need
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, industry recognized security certification, and a broad technical background with experience in operating systems and enterprise web technologies. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management in a SaaS environment, and fluency in an additional language such as German, Hebrew, Spanish, or Italian.
