About the Role
The Sr. Product Manager - CIEM will join the Falcon Cloud Security team. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cloud Infrastructure & Entitlement Management (CIEM) within a unified CNAPP experience. This role sits at the intersection of cloud security, identity, and platform strategy to reduce identity-related risk and enhance cloud adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Translate the CIEM vision into a strategic product roadmap and development backlog.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and drive product releases.
- Define requirements and user stories to integrate CIEM with CNAPP capabilities.
- Gather insights from engineers, architects, and CISOs to identify opportunities.
- Define and track key product metrics for continuous optimization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and serve as the CIEM subject matter expert.
- Present to customers, industry analysts, and executives at conferences.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in CNAPP, CIEM, cloud security, or identity-focused security products.
- Strong understanding of cloud IAM concepts including AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, and GCP IAM.
- Expertise in entitlement management and privilege enforcement.
- Data-driven approach and exceptional communication skills.

- Experience expanding CIEM capabilities within cloud security platforms.
- Familiarity with how CIEM complements CSPM, CWPP, and application security.
- Experience serving Fortune 500 enterprises with multi-cloud environments.
