About CrowdStrike Sr. MDM Engineer Role
As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects organizations with advanced AI-native security solutions. This role leads the mobile device management (MDM) strategy and operations across a global enterprise, focusing on VMware Workspace ONE and mobile application management.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the Workspace ONE UEM platform for mobile devices.
- Design secure policies including encryption, passcode, remote wipe and compliance monitoring.
- Package and deploy internal and third-party mobile applications using MAM.
- Support mobile users, ensuring seamless onboarding and troubleshooting issues.
- Integrate MDM with IAM, SSO, endpoint detection, and mobile threat defense solutions.
- Monitor compliance, generate reports, and support audit processes.
- Document processes and automate repetitive MDM tasks.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience managing enterprise mobile devices with strong expertise in VMware Workspace ONE. In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android enterprise mobility, mobile application deployment, security protocols, and scripting for automation. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Bonus Points
- Experience integrating Workspace ONE with Okta, Azure AD, and MTD platforms.
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles.
- Experience managing high-growth global enterprise environments.
- Certifications like Workspace ONE UEM Specialist/Admin and CompTIA Mobility+.
