About the Role
The Senior Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our marketing technology platforms. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing training, sharing best practices, and exploring innovative, AI-driven solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain core marketing technology platforms including RainFocus, Vidyard, Bright Talk, Integrate, Zoom Webinars, and Zuddl.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot martech stack issues.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for marketing teams.
- Share best practices, optimize workflows and maximize marketing technology value.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, particularly in AI, and recommend new solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams for effective platform integration.
- Contribute to documentation of martech processes, policies, and governance.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology.
- Expertise in managing webinar platforms, event management tools, integration platforms, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering training and support materials.
- A passion for technology and staying ahead of emerging martech trends, especially AI.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data integration principles and API concepts in a B2B marketing environment.
