About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Services Communications is a strategic and experienced public relations and crisis communications professional role. The position works directly with the Services organization to provide front-line messaging, media relations, and reputational guidance during high-profile incident response engagements. You will serve as a critical bridge between internal teams including incident responders, legal, and customer executives, ensuring clear and effective messaging during cybersecurity events.
What You’ll Do
- Advise customers and internal leadership during high-stakes incidents.
- Partner with Services leadership and incident response leads.
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable messaging.
- Develop media statements, FAQs, and stakeholder playbooks.
- Coordinate with legal and external crisis communications firms.
- Build a scalable model integrating communications into workflows.
What You’ll Need
- 10+ years in crisis communications, public and media relations.
- Experience managing cyber or technology incident communications.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity and incident response.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead under pressure and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience advising senior executives in high-stakes environments.
Location & Additional Information
This role is global in remit with a geographic preference for candidates based on the Eastern Time Zone. It is a remote position and may require periodic alcohol and/or drug testing.
