About The Role
The Sr. Intelligence Analyst II joins the Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Elite. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and internal CAO teams to deliver threat intelligence, operational threat hunting, dark web monitoring, and actionable findings. The candidate will benefit from a role that enhances customer engagement and deepens adversary intelligence insights.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular teleconference and onsite customer meetings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, intelligence reports, and dark web alerts.
- Triage and respond to customer inquiries related to threat intelligence.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
What You’ll Need
Minimum five years experience in at least two areas among incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring. Experience in presentation delivery for stakeholders and strong project management capabilities is required. Ability to travel up to 5% and reside in the Central European time zone is necessary.
Bonus Points
- Experience with contemporary scripting languages.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API).
