Job Description
About the Role
As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects critical assets using an advanced AI-native platform. In this role, you will spearhead the administration, security, and integration of Google Workspace, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration within the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Administration & Configuration: Lead administration and configuration of Google Workspace and related services such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, GAM, Vault, and third-party integrations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices including access control, data loss prevention, encryption policies, and ensure compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system health and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- User Support & Training: Provide training and guidance, support internal teams and vendors, and ensure prompt resolution of requests.
- Migration & Integration: Lead data migration projects between collaboration platforms and integrate Google Workspace with other enterprise systems.
- Optimization & Reporting: Optimize usage by identifying productivity improvements and maintain detailed reporting on system performance.
- Advanced Integration & Automation: Use Google Apps Script and automation tools to enforce policies and streamline secure workflows.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Expertise in Google Workspace administration, security, and integration.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and MFA integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical training skills.
- Experience in supporting M&A activities.
