About The Role: Senior Legal Contract Solutions Analyst
CrowdStrike’s Global Legal Team is seeking a Senior CLM Business Analyst to join their award-winning Legal Operations team. This pivotal role supports a successful Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategy through automation, workflow improvement, and data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with business stakeholders, establish a center of excellence focused on business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap. This roadmap will deliver both legal and cross-functional initiatives aligned with CrowdStrike’s strategic programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design the future state vision, identify Legal initiatives, and develop the legal application roadmap, primarily focusing on the CLM process area.
- Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area, including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts.
- Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using relevant business applications.
- Work closely with IT and Procurement to influence a company-wide CLM strategy.
- Refine IT’s process management framework as it relates to CLM, perform process assessments, and implement process improvements.
- Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the delivery of KPI dashboards.
- Provide general CLM application support as required.
- Build and deliver training regarding the optimal use of CLM tools and technology.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 9+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid understanding of CLM processes.
- SaaS industry experience.
- Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering CLM application projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, automation, or a similar technical role.
- Strong project management skills, including documenting progress and maintaining clarity on timelines and goals.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, especially in the areas of automation and AI.
Bonus Points:
- Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area.
- Experience leading or scaling Ironclad or similar CLM platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or DocuSign integrations for contract workflow automation.
- Experience with AI-driven contract analytics and change management programs.
- Ability to build or interpret CLM dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably a high-growth company.
