About the Role
The Senior Director Executive & Employee Communications will unify communications efforts across executive and employee channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Communications, the role drives strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will partner with C-level executives, HR, and cross-functional leaders to elevate executive visibility, deepen employee engagement, and deliver compelling narratives and speeches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of communications aligning with corporate priorities.
- Partner with senior executives to craft inspiring messages that reinforce CrowdStrike’s mission.
- Drive global company-wide communications including town halls, meetings, and change initiatives.
- Develop executive visibility programs and support senior leaders with high-stakes content.
- Manage and mentor a team to build discipline and best practices across communications.
- Establish metrics and feedback systems for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
15+ years of communications leadership experience in global organizations. Demonstrated success with executive advising, keynote speechwriting, messaging, and storytelling. Proven ability in change management communications, team leadership, and crafting motivating narratives. Cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience is highly preferred.

Salary & Additional Information
For U.S. candidates, the base salary range is $190,000 - $290,000 per year with additional benefits including bonuses, equity grants, health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
