About The Role

Reporting to our Manager, the Sales Commission Analyst will join a fast-paced and growing team focused on high-impact sales compensation projects. This role requires a can-do attitude, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and the ability to deliver real-time global impact.

What You'll Do

  • Administer day-to-day commission processes via Xactly Incent.
  • Create, validate, and audit monthly commission reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve calculation or data errors in Xactly Incent.
  • Respond promptly to sales team compensation inquiries.
  • Prepare commission reconciliation and sales attainment metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and document procedures.
  • Function as a utility player in a hyper growth environment.

What You’ll Need

  • 2-4+ years of experience managing commission processes for a high-growth sales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in high-tech, start-up, or rapid growth environments.
  • Proficiency with Xactly, Tableau, and Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and commitment to CrowdStrike's mission.
