About The Role
As a Product Designer II, you will be part of a global Product Design team, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver the best experience for customers. You will own the user experience solution from conception to final rollout.
What You'll Do
- Understand project goals and deliver quality design specs on time
- Partner with product management and engineering for project execution
- Scope project work balancing short-term needs and long-term goals
- Create high-quality creative solutions based on research
- Develop clear user flows, specs, and prototypes for interfaces
- Use storytelling to emphasize user and problem focus
- Organize content with an emphasis on usability and accessibility
- Promote the use of the design system for product consistency
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members
- Gain thorough knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services
What You'll Need
- Minimum 4 years experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions
- Ability to lead ideation within a defined scope
- Talent for designing intuitive multi-step user tasks
- Experience with end-to-end user experience processes including wireframing and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Online portfolio showcasing design work

Salary & Additional Details
The base salary range for U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $145,000 per year. Bonus, equity, comprehensive benefits, and participation in the E-Verify program are also part of the package.
