About the Role

This Occupancy Planner role is critical in managing and maximizing efficient workspace utilization across CrowdStrike’s global real estate portfolio. You will provide strategic space and occupancy planning expertise for long-term planning, workplace design, space analysis, and overall space efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and forecast workspace needs based on growth and data trends.
  • Liaise with leadership to meet business allocation and adjacency needs.
  • Develop occupancy analysis reports and executive-level documentation.
  • Design strategic move scenarios and maintain space planning documentation.
  • Manage and enhance the GREWS Utilization dashboard in Tableau.

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Space Planning; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 5+ years in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning.
  • Experience with CAFM Systems, Tableau, AutoCAD, and advanced Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact at all organizational levels.
