About the Role
In the role of Manager, Sales Engineering - AIDR, you will lead our newly formed Pangea Sales Engineer team focused on AI security. You will leverage your cybersecurity domain expertise and technical field sales management experience to educate and demonstrate the value of CrowdStrike's AIDR platform, integrating our technology with various AI solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
- Ensure effective technical field sales coverage and strategic account engagement.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and partners.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical advisory during sales cycles.
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years in consulting or sales engineering, focusing on cybersecurity incident response.
- 2+ years of technical team management experience, remote experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM, training methods, and associated security risks.
- Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
