About the Role

The IT Service Desk Administrator role at CrowdStrike is key to ensuring smooth daily operations for all internal users. In this position, you will facilitate support, implement solutions, troubleshoot issues and streamline internal processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound support requests for internal customers.
  • Maintain operational knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux OS.
  • Manage endpoints using SCCM, Jamf and AirWatch.
  • Configure new-hire systems and assist with IT on-boarding.
  • Contribute to optimizing service delivery and operational processes.
  • Support A/V equipment and assist in office-based tasks.
  • Occasional travel to remote offices for project support.
