Overview
CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an Intelligence Intern - Cloud/Mobile. This internship is within the Technical Analysis Cell (TAC) where teams investigate, reconstruct, and reverse-engineer threats, delivering detailed intelligence reports. Depending on aptitude, interns may join the Mobile Mission or the Cloud Mission.
Cloud Mission
What You’ll Do: Analyze cloud provider activity logs (AWS CloudTrail, Azure Activity Logs) and convert findings into intelligence reports.
What You’ll Need:
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Cyber Security or related degree.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud service provider.
- Investigative mindset and team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent learning.
Bonus Points: Programming/scripting in Python, identity and access management insights and familiarity with cloud activity logs.
Mobile Mission
What You’ll Do: Create tools for automated analysis, contribute to mitigation efforts, document threat evolutions, and develop signatures for threat hunting.
What You’ll Need:
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Cyber Security or related degree.
- Team player with malware analysis or reverse-engineering experience.
- Ability to analyze mobile malware and cloud activity logs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of mobile platforms, dynamic instrumentation frameworks, and experience with tools like IDA, Ghidra, and others.
Internship Details
This is a 12-week paid internship starting June 1 and ending August 21. You will work remotely as part of a globally distributed team committed to stopping breaches and advancing cybersecurity.
