About the Role
The Intelligence Analyst, Recon+ directly supports cyber threat customers ensuring they derive full value from the Falcon Intel Recon module. The role serves as an interface between customers and the intelligence team, maximizing customer success and renewals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive high customer satisfaction and maintain strong ownership of relationships.
- Triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon.
- Guide customers with expert insights and subject matter expertise.
- Advocate for customers by conveying feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams.
- Plan and lead process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
- Strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat intelligence.
- Experience in handling multiple workstreams independently.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
- Working knowledge of cyber threat and all-source intelligence analysis.
- Fluency in English and one of French, Arabic, or German at C1 level.
- Understanding of dark/deep web ecosystems and data communication technologies.
Bonus Points & Travel
- Experience with AI tools and API-driven delivery of intelligence.
- Minimal to light travel (approximately 25%).
