About The Role

The Intelligence Analyst, Recon+ is responsible for supporting cyber threat customers and maximizing the value derived from the Falcon Intel Recon module. This role acts as a critical interface between customers and the intelligence team, ensuring effective utilization and communication of cyber threat intelligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive customer satisfaction with strong ownership of relationships.
  • Triage and escalate findings from the Falcon Intelligence Recon module.
  • Guide customers using subject matter expertise in threat intelligence.
  • Channel customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

  • Technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat analysis.
  • Experience in customer engagement across technical and executive levels.
  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, including all-source and intelligence lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French, Arabic, or German at C1 level or higher.
