About The Role

The Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon supports cyber threat customers, ensuring they maximize value from the Intelligence product. Working as an analytic interface between customers and the broader intelligence team, you will drive customer success, manage threat landscapes, and lead process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Triage and escalate significant intelligence findings.
• Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon insights.
• Communicate customer feedback to Intelligence and Engineering teams.
• Plan and lead process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Team-first mindset with strong collaborative skills.
• Hands-on experience with cyber threat and all-source intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of dark web ecosystems and related terminologies.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Familiarity with data communication concepts and enterprise security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools and API for threat intelligence delivery.
• Willingness to travel lightly (approx. 25%).
