Implementation Engineer

Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is looking for an Implementation Engineer. This role involves providing high-quality technical customer on-boarding and project management support for CrowdStrike’s IDP products.

About the Role

You will onboard new customers and ensure the successful deployment of IDP capabilities in line with customer goals. The work includes hosting weekly technical and project management meetings, providing troubleshooting guides and best practice recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and track deployment progress.
• Assist and guide customers with IDP solution deployment.
• Hold weekly technical and project management meetings.
• Document troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues.
• Provide effective technical customer support across various industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar technical role.
• Proven technical knowledge in Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory.
• Understanding of protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP/S, and NTLM.
• Experience with security or networking solutions and cloud deployments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
