About CrowdStrike and the Role

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects modern organizations with its advanced AI-native platform. The IAM Engineer role is focused on designing, developing, and implementing scalable Identity and Access Management strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement and maintain comprehensive IAM programs including IGA, PAM, and AM.
  • Integrate IAM systems with cloud, on-premises applications and IT services.
  • Develop and enforce RBAC policies and least-privilege/zero-trust principles.
  • Implement automated provisioning/de-provisioning and role management processes.
  • Manage SSO, MFA, and password management systems.
  • Lead projects, mentor engineers and streamline IAM processes through automation.
  • Collaborate with teams to evaluate and recommend IAM best practices.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM or IT security roles.
  • Expertise in IAM concepts, RBAC and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
  • Experience with IGA platforms and scripting languages like Java and SQL.
  • Knowledge in integrating IAM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and additional scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, PAM concepts and related technical supervision.

Onboarding and Milestones

New hires will start with ticket resolution and onboarding processes, gradually increasing responsibilities from handling story points and technical design sessions to mentoring and participating in interview panels over the first year.
