About the role
About The Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a talented GTM Data & Automation Analyst to build, test, deploy, and scale high-impact data products. This role is crucial in partnering with sales, marketing, value, licensing, renewals, and deals teams to drive innovation and deliver value to internal teams and customers. We are looking for a creative, imaginative, and energetic individual to join this high-profile position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complex data and automation workflows using Snowflake, Python, and BI tools to automate manual processes.
- Contribute to data and automation projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful delivery of the roadmap.
- Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Customer Value, etc.) to identify opportunities and drive adoption of new services, enhancing team efficiency and customer experience.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience with Python development in a Data, Data Science, or Automation role, ideally building and scaling data products.
- 6+ months of leveraging GenAI / LLM to generate text, including fine-tuning.
- Understanding of sales deliverables and the customer journey in technology.
- Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort in high-visibility initiatives.
- Master’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.

- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Streamlit apps used by 50+ concurrent users.
- Snowflake and Salesforce knowledge.
- Cybersecurity knowledge.
- Strong understanding of how to write effective GenAI / LLM prompts.
